NORTH SIDE KINGS Frontman's Home Destroyed In Fire

June 4, 2009

NORTH SIDE KINGS vocalist Danny Marianino, who gained notoriety for allegedly knocking out Glenn Danzig with one punch back in 2004, lost his Phoenix, Arizona-area home in a fire Wednesday night (June 3).

According to ABC15.com, at about 6 p.m., crews responded to the fire located in the 7000 block of East Culver Street, near Scottsdale and McDowell roads in Scottsdale.

Two people and a dog managed to escape from the home safely.

Investigators believe a backyard grill's hose leaked, catching the food on the grill on fire before the flames spread to the side of the house.

Firefighters said the flames spread quickly and there is extensive damage to the home.

Firefighters said this serves as a reminder to check and make sure your grill is in working order this season.

ABC15.com's footage of the burning house can be viewed below.
